How to Care for Your Newly Tinted Windows

Your window tint is an investment; treat it as such. Whether you just received a new window tint or plan to install tint for your car, follow these important steps while the tint is curing to ensure the film remains beautiful for years to come.

  • Keep your windows rolled up for 3-5 days after installation while the tint sets
  • You may experience some water or haziness on your window tint, this will evaporate on its own
  • Wait until your window tint cures before cleaning or washing your windows
  • To clean your windows, lightly wipe them with a soft cloth and an ammonia-free cleaner
  • Use caution when releasing seat belts as it could chip your tint

Professional & Reliable Tint Installation

When we prepare for tinting, we take extra care to avoid damaging anything. We do not use sharp objects when removing panels and instead rely on a screwdriver for bolts and drill pieces. For the windows, we don't use anything sharp that could scratch the surface; however, if old film removal is required, we carefully use a razor blade to remove any leftover glue for a blank canvas. If you have any questions about our installation process, please reach out to our team for more information.
